Sorry to say that even though I buy my tiles there and after my one star review a manager called me asking why my one star review...... well the customer service sucks, went back a second time to buy more gear needed because it had to match couldn't get it anywhere else and the employees are horrible i'm looking for help ask a question they answer and walk away and to that you find someone again to help you good luck. Don't get me wrong I love the store as I can find all my needs in one place but please I was treated better as a paying customer elsewhere.....3x the disappointment

I purchased tiles over the phone, which I was told were available through East Orlando Store, and found out they weren't available. I used debit card for the transaction, then canceled the order 20 minutes later and the Floor and Decor rep told me they would credit my account immediately, my account was not credited, the amount was greater than $1,800.00.
